Redevelopment of the CK Morgan building in Whitechapel to create a prestigious, high-quality hotel development with ground-floor retail and 40 short-stay units.
The design team were commissioned by CK Morgan to demolish their existing building located at 169 to 179 Commercial Rd, Whitechapel, and create provision for a prestigious high quality Hotel Development (C1).
The proposal includes retail at ground floor with 40 short-stay units on the upper floors, together with cycle storage, staff changing facilities, gym, plant and storage.
